About PiClimb
New shop.
Straight answers.
PiClimb is a climbing gear shop for Malaysia, and it is just getting started. Before we buy stock, we want to hear what climbers here actually need. So for now, every order on this site is a pre-order request.

How ordering works
- 01
Send a request
Add gear to your bag and check out with your name, WhatsApp number and state. No card, no bank transfer, no payment of any kind.
- 02
We reply on WhatsApp within 48 hours
A real person checks whether we can get your gear, the final price and delivery to your state. If we cannot get it, we say so.
- 03
You decide
If the details work for you, we agree on payment and delivery in the chat. If not, you simply say no. There is nothing to cancel.
Fair questions
- Is this a real order?
- It is a request, not a purchase. Sending it tells us what you want so we can check supply for you. No money moves until you have agreed to a confirmed price on WhatsApp.
- Why not just take payment?
- We are new and want to be sure we can supply every item before anyone pays. Taking money for stock we have not secured would not be fair to you.
- Are the prices final?
- Listed prices are our best current estimate in ringgit. The final price, including delivery to your state, is confirmed in the WhatsApp message before you pay anything.
- What if you cannot get my item?
- We will tell you straight away. You might get an honest ETA, a close alternative, or a plain no. You will not be left waiting without an answer.
- Are you an official dealer for these brands?
- Not yet. Brand names are shown so you know exactly which product we mean. We do not use brand logos or official photos, and the drawings and descriptions on this site are our own. Before you pay, we will tell you where an item comes from. Warranty is whatever the manufacturer offers through that channel, and we will say if that is unclear.
- What happens to my details?
- We use your name, WhatsApp number and state only to reply about your request. They are never shown on the site and never sold.

A request costs nothing and tells us what to stock first.
